At present, in legal practice it is allowed to use a facsimile signature by mechanical or other copying, an electronic digital signature or other signature analog. But everything new must be treated with great caution, and when you decide to apply it, you must act as in the proverb: "Measure seven times before you cut once".

This article analyses mistakes in the use of electronic signatures and their consequences on a specific example, as well as recommendations on how they can be avoided.
